YISU servo energy-saving series injection molding machine is equipped with a high-performance servo motor power control system to achieve remarkable energy savings.
The power output of the servo motor changes according to the actual load, eliminating excess energy waste. During the holding pressure stage, the motor runs at low speed for ultra-low energy consumption. In the cooling stage, the motor stops completely with zero energy consumption.
This machine improves injection precision, greatly saves electricity and water, reduces operating noise, and optimizes production efficiency.
It is widely used for manufacturing plastic daily necessities, auto parts, electronic components, household appliance parts, plastic packaging and other plastic products.
Machine Core Strengths
Servo Energy‑Saving Performance
Equipped with high‑performance servo control system. Motor output changes with actual load; motor slows down during holding pressure and stops completely in cooling phase, achieving remarkable power‑saving effect, meanwhile reducing noise and water consumption.
Reinforced Clamping Unit
Optimized five‑point double‑toggle clamping structure. Enlarged template bottom contact area and reinforced columns ensure high rigidity. Increased mold‑moving stroke makes it well‑suited for deep‑cavity and multi‑cavity molds.
Stable Double‑rod Injection Structure
Adopts double‑rod balanced injection design. Integrated injection cylinder and drive shaft guarantee high concentricity. High‑precision linear guide rails lower back‑pressure load for stable plasticizing and consistent injection performance.
Premium Imported Hydraulic Configuration
Imported multi‑layer steel‑wire high‑pressure hoses withstand pressure up to 42MPa. Optimized oil‑block interface and fine‑drawn seamless tubing reduce leakage risk. Large‑space electric cabinet with dual convection fans provides excellent heat dissipation.
Advanced Human‑machine Control System
Optional border‑less large‑size HMI touch screen. Distribution box fitted with sound‑insulation, dust‑proof and water‑proof cotton. Accurate automatic mold‑adjustment device simplifies daily operation and mold change.
Strong Compatibility & Expandability
Reserved multiple neutron core‑pulling interfaces and quick‑connect pipe plugs. Abundant standard & optional components support customization for PET, UPVC and high‑speed precision molding demands.

RULES OF GUARANTEE PERIOD FOR YISU PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
Welcome to use the “YISU” plastic injection molding machine. Hereunder are the rules of the guarantee period.
- The guarantee period starts from the date the machine is shipped from YISU.
- The customer can enjoy the following guarantee service during the guarantee period only when the YISU machine is operated correctly with proper plastic material and under normal operating conditions.
- The main warranty items and their guarantee periods are listed in the table below.

Note: Damage to parts caused by improper use during the guarantee period is not covered under the warranty.
During the guarantee period, provided that the buyer operates the machine correctly, the seller will supply the corresponding replacement parts free of charge. If necessary, the seller will also send an engineer to the buyer’s factory to resolve quality issues. The engineer’s expenses shall be borne by whichever party, depending on the actual circumstances.
