Project Overview
This case presents the mature application of YISU servo injection molding machine for mass production of disposable plastic knives, forks and spoons. Disposable tableware requires fast cycle time, stable molding precision, flash-free surface and high continuous production capacity. YISU delivered a complete high-efficiency molding solution, including the main injection machine, multi-cavity tableware mold and matched auxiliary equipment. It perfectly solves common production pain points such as low output, inconsistent dimension and product deformation in traditional tableware manufacturing.
We adopted high-precision multi-cavity hot runner mold. Multiple sets of tableware can be finished in one molding cycle. Equipped with servo energy-saving system, the machine runs stably for long hours with low noise and reduced power consumption, greatly lifting the customer’s throughput and product pass rate.
